Making things is not the same as being ok.
LOVE+ESCAPISM is about people who make things, and what making them costs. We keep the parts that usually get cut: the doubt, the money, the quiet weeks between the wins. Pretending it is easy is what leaves people alone with it, so we don't pretend. It is made in London but it is not about London. The pressure we are talking about is global, so this is too.

He has no office and no booking link. Just a lawn chair, a cooler, a tree he likes, and a reputation. Each episode a creative finds him carrying something they have been avoiding. What happens when the thing that saved you becomes the thing that pays you.
He ignores them until his offering appears, then gives his attention, asking the question underneath the question, refusing to let them leave with the story they walked in with. A series about creatives, made for creatives, funny enough to binge and honest enough to sting.

An emerging podcast about the parts nobody posts. Cinematic sadness, sarcastic humour, messy beauty, and none of it tidied up afterwards. We are producing it.

No interview chair, no separate sit down. The conversation happens inside the shoot, so every answer arrives with a shot. Being looked at and asked at the same time is the fastest way to find out who someone actually is.

We are early, we are self funded, and we are making this in the open. There are many ways to be part of it, and most of them are free.
